Refund policy

At Slot Hoppin, we want you to love what you ordered. Your order is protected by our Lucky Shirt Guarantee™.  Our merch is made for long casino nights, road trips, and hot streaks — and if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery if:

• The item arrives damaged
• The item has a printing defect
• The product quality is not as expected

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not require you to send the item back in most cases. Instead, we will review your claim and either replace the item or issue a refund.

To start a return, email us at:  info@slothoppin.com

Please include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A clear photo of the item

Non-Returnable Situations

We are unable to accept returns or refunds for:

• Ordering the wrong size (please review our size charts before ordering)
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• Minor color differences due to monitor or screen settings
• Items requested after the 30-day window

However — if you truly aren’t happy, still contact us. We care about our community and will always try to help.

Refunds

If your refund is approved:

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Processing time: 3–7 business days after approval (depending on your bank)

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer traditional exchanges due to our made-to-order production process.

If you ordered the wrong size, we recommend placing a new order and contacting us — we may be able to offer a discount on the replacement.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After that, the order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Slot Hoppin is not responsible for packages marked Delivered by the carrier.

If this happens:

  1. Check with household members and neighbors

  2. Contact your local post office or carrier

We will still do our best to help you file a carrier claim.
