Shipping policy

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders - no minimum order required.

Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery: 7-12 business days from your order date (includes 2-4 business days to print your order + 5-8 business days shipping).

Please note: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 12 business days of your order date, please contact us at info@slothoppin.com with your order number and we will look into it right away.

Please note: once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are unable to take responsibility for packages that are missing after confirmed delivery. We recommend checking with neighbours or your local post office first.

Peak Periods
During high-volume periods (holidays, major casino events, promotional sales), production and delivery times may be slightly extended. We will always communicate any delays via email.
